of the Agency of Industrial Science and Technology (of those days).

of the food additive : Carmellose Sodium ) was listed in the Japanese
Standards of Food Additives First edition and authorized and approved
as the food additive. Launched CMC-Na by the name of Food Additive

As a leader, researched
and developed Disintegrant CMC-Ca (Official title of the food additive
: Carmellose Calcium) to accomplish commercialization. Placed it on
the market by the name of E.C.G-505 (Original proposer of the trademark,
Shoichi Nakayama), kicking off market cultivation as the sole distributor
to extend sales activities nationwide. |

CMC-Ca (Carmellose Calcium)
was listed in the Japanese Standards of Food Additives Fourth edition.
Authorized and approved as the food additive, it was put on the market
by the name of Food Additive E.C.G-505.(Gotoku Chemical Promotion,

Obtained the patent license of Disintegrant CMC-Ca and started
exclusive selling nationwide as the sole distributor of CMC-Ca (E.C.G-505)

accepted as one of "the ICH Harmonisation Monographs", the
pharmaceutical excipients of the tripolar world: Japan, America and
Europe (25 items of most frequently used disintegrants in the world).

Came into action as one of the founding
members of the Japan Pharmaceutical Excipients Council. Aiming at
International Harmonisation together with Domestic Harmonisation.
